ABSTRACT:
Building a culture of learning and experimentation

Agility is all about responding to the changing market place and competition. A primary leadership mandate is to create learning cultures where people can contribute new ideas and challenge the status quo to move the organization forward. In this workshop, we explore simple and basic shifts in thinking and mindset using a fun koosh ball exercise. Based on, "The Leadership Challenge" by Barry Posner and James Kouzes.

Encourage:

- Experimenting and trying something new
- Asking, “Why are we doing it this way?”
- Developing a culture that responds positively to new ideas
